Well, I’ve finally done it. I’ve found a way to turn procrastination into something worthwhile.
Since receiving my “wake-up call” a short time ago, I’ve been increasing the amount of weight-bearing exercise I do. It helps to increase bone density and is just plain good for one’s health anyway, so why not?
So, how does procrastination come into the picture?
It’s wait-bearing exercise! (groan…)
One I do all too often.
School starts tomorrow, wish me luck!

I just came from the local medical care facility–don’t worry, I’m completely healthy. I just wanted to establish a relationship with a GP since I’m new in the area.
The facility is huge and very, very effective! Chalk up one for socialized medicine! However, I’m wondering if anyone else sees the irony in this: Right next to the medical care facility, there is an old-folks home. Right next to the old-folks home is a graveyard.
Hmmm…..

Let’s laugh!
Here’s a list of some things I’ve done that have made me laugh. I hope they’ll make you laugh too. Laughing at ourselves helps us to not take things so seriously. After all, life should be fun, right? And everyone does stupid things. Instead of being ashamed when we make mistakes, it’s so much better (and more fun) to apologize if necessary, and have a good laugh.
And yes, I’ve done a lot of stupid things that aren’t so funny, but I’ll leave that for other posts. This one is meant to make you laugh.
Feel free to comment and tell us about some of the silly things you’ve done! Oh, and check back from time to time–I’ll be updating this post as I do more stupid things!
